#1 Rule: Business Partnership.

When entering into a business arrangement (2 business owners), all agreements should be put in writing. Contrary to popular belief, trust isn't the primary ( or, in most cases, the secondary) issue. Instead, clarity is the most significant factor that must be taken into consideration prior to entering into a business partnership.

* Make no exception to this rule for anyone. The same applies to: family members, friends, spouses, and etc.  When all agreements are clear and everyone understands the role they play within the business,  there is no room for any misunderstandings.
